Extra requests

Track one request at a time. Paid means the quoted fee was paid in full; remaining work still counts.

Status guide

Draft / proposed: unagreed fees and future work stay outside the forecast.

Approved / paid: the price and remaining work enter the forecast.

Declined: future work is excluded; time and money already spent still count.

Not automatically accepted by your client.
Spent + expected, without hourly cost.
Preserved in costs even if declined.

Suggestion = total estimated change cost ÷ (1 − target margin). It does not establish what the client will pay or restore the whole project's margin.

Partial change payments, refunds and tax invoices are outside this pilot.
