Keep original work and extra requests separate. Include your time and direct expenses in the project forecast.

Record the agreement

Track draft, proposed, approved, paid and declined changes. Unagreed fees stay out of agreed revenue.

Prepare the message

Download a client draft with scope and additional fee. Your internal costs and margin stay in the internal review.

Try one real request

Allow about 15 minutes. Use a current or recent fixed-fee editing job that you helped price. Replace client names with anonymous references.

  1. Download and extract the ZIP, then open Revision-Review.html in your desktop browser.
  2. Enter the original agreement and one extra request. Keep a proposed fee marked as proposed until the client agrees.
  3. Prepare a client draft. Click Save project, then download a JSON backup for yourself.

Keep client names, financial details and backup files private. Feedback is asynchronous; you can leave it without waiting for the maker to be online.

Before you begin

This is an early, free pilot. It does not send messages, collect payments or verify agreements. Partial change payments and refunds are outside this version.

Use Save project to store your work manually in this browser on this device. Keep a private JSON backup, up to 2 MB; clearing browser data can remove saved projects. It has no analytics or external network calls.

Checked in Microsoft Edge on Windows. Other browsers and macOS have not yet been tested.
